How It Works

We prepare the voucher.
Once your payment is received, we generate a unique voucher code and prepare the email by hand.

Within one business day, the voucher arrives by email, to you or to the recipient depending on what you chose at checkout.

Where the voucher will be used.
Mind Over Matter Practice is a recovery space in Victor Harbor, South Australia. The room is dark, the timber is warm, the equipment is professional grade. We work in float, hyperbaric oxygen, contrast therapy, sauna, neurofeedback, and bodywork, and we believe that a few hours of doing nothing is worth more than most things money can buy.

Three years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Yes. At the Stripe checkout you will see fields for the recipient's name, the recipient's email address, and a personal message. Fill in the recipient's email if you would like the voucher to go directly to them. Leave it blank if you would prefer to receive it yourself and forward or print it as a gift.
Any service we offer: Float REST, Hyperbaric Oxygen, Contrast Therapy, Sauna, Ice Plunge, NeurOptimal Neurofeedback, and massage. Vouchers can also be used as part-payment toward higher-value services or multi-session packs.
The recipient quotes the voucher code at the time of booking, either online, by phone, or in person. We apply the voucher value against the cost of their session.
The recipient simply pays the difference at the time of service.
No. Like most gift cards, vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable for refund.
Each voucher is sent by hand to make sure every detail is correct. If you have not received yours within one business day of purchase, please email us at jasovic@mindovermatterpractice.com.au and we will sort it out immediately.
